VANCOUVER, BC (May 19, 2026) - Five Vancouver Rise FC Academy players have been selected to the Canada Women’s U-16 national team for their upcoming camp in Poland later this month.
Jacquie Cuthill, Bo Dunn, Adalyn Fairweather, Grace Robson and Bonnie Zha will be up for selection for Canada when they face Sweden on May 26 and Poland on May 29. This camp will serve as important preparation for the Concacaf Women’s Under-17 World Cup Qualifiers in 2027.
Jacquie Cuthill, 16, earns her first youth selection for Canada. She has made one appearance for Vancouver Rise FC Academy in the British Columbia Premier League (BCPL), starting the match against Burnaby FC on April 24, making her the youngest goalkeeper to feature in a match this season.
Bo Dunn, 15, will also be attending her first youth camp for Canada. For Rise FC Academy, she has started all four BCPL matches so far, with the centre back helping the team claim three clean sheets and only one goal conceded.
Adalyn Fairweather, 16, is appearing at her third youth camp for Canada after being selected twice for the Canada Women’s U-17 team for their Concacaf Women’s Under-17 Qualifiers in March 2026 and April 2025. She has registered one assist in four BCPL matches in 2026, and was selected to train with the first team during Rise FC’s preseason.
Grace Robson, 15, will be attending a Canada youth camp for the first time. She has made one BCPL appearance for Vancouver Rise FC Academy, featuring against Burnaby FC on April 24 and scoring the winning goal. She has also been called up to train with the first team in 2026.
Bonnie Zha, 16, will be at her first youth camp for Canada. For Rise FC Academy, Zha has played in all four BCPL matches so far this season, scoring twice as the team’s scoring leader.
