VANCOUVER, BC (May 26, 2025) - Vancouver Rise FC Academy player Chloe Taylor has been called up to Canada Women’s U-20 team for their May Camp in Spain. This marks the second time that Taylor has been called up to the U-20 team.

Canada will be traveling to Murcia, Spain to play three matches at the Pinatar Arena. They’ll first face England on June 3, then Japan on June 6 before closing out the camp against Ghana on June 9. This camp will serve as important preparation for the upcoming FIFA Women’s Under-20 World Cup in Poland in September.

Chloe Taylor, 18, was most recently part of the U-20's when she was called up for a pair of friendlies in Costa Rica earlier this year. Prior to that, Taylor was the U-17s captain for the 2025 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup in Morocco. Taylor played in all five of Canada’s matches, starting four times and scoring once in the nation’s 6-0 win over Zambia. The versatile midfielder has played five games for Rise FC Academy so far in BCPL this season, scoring one goal. Last year, she started in three out of Rise FC Academy’s four games in the 2025 Concacaf Women’s Champions Cup. The North Vancouver native also featured for Rise FC’s first team in 2025, playing in three matches and making a powerful impact in her first pro stint.
