Faulknor joins Rise FC as a seasoned defender, bringing experience from Australia’s A-League Women (Canberra United). A UCLA standout (2017–21), she helped lead Canada to gold at the 2014 CONCACAF U-15 Championship (Tournament Best XI) and debuted for the senior team at just 16, becoming the youngest center-back in Canadian history. Faulknor was named Canada’s U-17 Player of the Year in 2015 after captaining youth sides at Unionville Milliken SC, where she dominated as a multi-time MVP and scoring leader. Though injuries disrupted her 2016 U-17 CONCACAF campaign, she returned to earn NWSL preseason looks (Houston Dash, 2022) and overseas opportunities.
