Yuka Okamoto is a seasoned Japanese defender who joined Vancouver Rise FC in 2025 after establishing herself as one of Japan’s top talents. The 27-year-old most recently played for AC Nagano Parceiro Ladies in Japan’s WE League, making 80 appearances and scoring her first professional goal in 2024. A model of consistency, Okamoto recorded a perfect attendance record in three of her four seasons with Nagano, helping the club transition into the WE League as a founding member in 2020. Known for her tactical intelligence, technical ability, and offensive-minded defending, Okamoto brings elite experience and stability to Rise FC’s backline.
