Oularbi arrives at Rise FC as a technically gifted midfielder with impressive international pedigree. The Algerian international made history as the youngest-ever U-20 national team player for Algeria, earning 16 caps and competing in multiple U-20 World Cup qualifiers. A product of FC Barcelona's Canadian soccer school, she led CS Mont-Royal Outremont to the 2023 League1 Canada Inter-Provincial Championship, scoring in the final.
