Oularbi made 3 appearances for Rise FC in 2025 and one for Rise FC Academy in the Concacaf W Champions Cup, where her post-hitting shot set up Anna Bout’s goal in a 4-1 loss to Gotham FC. The Algerian international made history as the youngest-ever U-20 player for Algeria (16 caps, multiple U-20 World Cup qualifiers). A product of FC Barcelona’s Canadian soccer school, she led CS Mont-Royal Outremont to the 2023 League1 Canada Inter-Provincial Championship, scoring in the final.
