One of the most exciting young attacking talents from South America, 19-year-old Colombian forward Maithé López joins Vancouver Rise FC on a season-long loan from NWSL side Angel City FC. An explosive and dynamic forward, López began her professional career in Colombia’s top flight with Real Santander before her move to the United States. She has been a prominent figure for Colombia’s youth national teams, featuring in both U-17 and U-20 World Cups, and was most recently a training player with the senior squad.
